1. Received a Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Item?

✅ Easy Verification – Simply send us a photo of your order invoice. If the item is damaged or incorrect, we may request additional images. For damaged products, we recommend making a short video while unboxing your parcel as proof.
✅ Quick Pickup & Resolution – Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location whenever possible. In some areas, you may be asked to drop the parcel at your nearest courier center (e.g., TCS or Leopard). Don’t worry — we’ll guide you through every step and cover the return charges either way.
✅ Return Condition – Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
✅ No Extra Cost – If your return is approved, we’ll cover both pickup and replacement delivery charges—so you don’t have to worry about anything!
2. Want to Exchange for a Different Shade, Variant, or Type?
Changed your mind? No problem!
✅ Request an Exchange – Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a swap
✅ Simple Verification – Send a photo of your order invoice to confirm your purchase
✅ Hassle-Free Pickup – Once verified (within 48 hours), we’ll arrange a pickup from your location
✅ Return Condition – The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging with all accessories intact.
✅ Small Exchange Fee – A Rs. 200 fee applies, covering both pickup and re-delivery costs.
Refunds for Cancelled or Unavailable Orders
While most orders go smoothly, here is what happens in rare cases when we need to issue a refund:
💰 Out-of-Stock Items
If you placed a prepaid order and the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours after confirming your bank details.
💳 Order Cancellation by Customer
Before Dispatch: You will receive a full refund within 24 hours
After Dispatch: We’ll deduct delivery charges and refund the remaining amount
