At PrimeSkin.pk, we aim to ensure your satisfaction. Our Returns and Exchange policy is straightforward and covers two main scenarios:
Case 1: Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing:
- Notify Us Promptly: Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Verification Process: Share a photo of your order invoice (found inside the package) to help us verify your claim. For damaged or incorrect items, we may also request a photo of the product.
- Pickup Arrangement: Once your claim is verified (within 48 hours), we will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location.
- Return Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition with all seals, tags, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact. Items failing our Quality Check due to poor condition or prior use will not be accepted.
- Delivery Charges: If your request is approved, PrimeSkin will cover both the pickup and replacement delivery charges.
Case 2: Exchange for a Different Variant, Shade, or Type
If you wish to exchange an item for a different option:
- Submit Your Request: Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accommodated.
- Verification Process: Provide a photo of your order invoice (included in your package) for verification purposes.
- Pickup Arrangement: Upon verification (within 48 hours), we will arrange for the item to be picked up from your address.
- Return Condition: Ensure the product is returned in its original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Any used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.
- Delivery Charges: Approved exchanges will incur a Rs. 200 fee, which covers both the pickup and re-delivery costs.
Refund Policy
In specific circumstances, a monetary refund may be issued:
- Out-of-Stock Items: If an item you’ve paid for is unavailable, we will refund the amount. Our representative will request your bank details, and the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
- Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will refund your payment within 24 hours. For cancellations after dispatch, the refund will exclude delivery charges.
Important Notes
- Parcel pickups may occasionally take 6–8 working days due to courier delays. We appreciate your patience during the process.
- Items failing to meet our return and exchange conditions will not be processed.
